How do I return an item?
We have a 14-day return policy.
All items being returned must be uninstalled and unused.
Return labels are only provided if we shipped the incorrect item to you.
There is also a 20% restocking fee.
Once items are received, refunds are processed within 24-48 hours.
If there is a problem with your order as far as receiving the incorrect part, not receiving your order altogether, or if something is broken with your order, you need to email us within the 14-day return policy to Jack@pacificrvparts.com so we can take care of the problem.
All returns must be approved with an RGA # when you email us at Jack@pacificrvparts.com.
If you ship back a return without an RGA #, the package will be refused and returned back to you.
